When individuals encounter stressful life events, it is common to feel as though your life is unravelling. My passion is to offer healing to those who are experiencing these stressful life events by helping children, families, and individuals gain new perspectives and strengthen relationships.
There is no approach which fits everyone’s needs, so I have made every effort to be trained in a variety of modalities, including; Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Reflective Family Play Therapy.
I have had the honour of serving the families and soldiers the Canadian Armed Forces, working within a residential women’s addictions center, and supporting the medically fragile, palliative and grieving.
